What has changed in 2020 will be discussed for a long time. It is impossible to summarize the transformations that have taken place in the VC market in 90 pages. Nevertheless we have made the attempt. 2020 was a record year for the Polish venture capital market. The amount invested nearly doubled year-on-year and amounted to over PLN 2.12 billion.
Not only we maintained investment continuity, but we also increased the number of transactions.In addition, we have learned new methods of collaboration and understood that established knowledge is fundamental. The report also shows what can be done to continue the current upward trend in the investment sector and influence the accelerated development of the Polish VC ecosystem.
